Overseas Customer Inspects FRP Tank Panels & Fittings at Our Factory

Recently, we welcomed an overseas customer to our manufacturing workshop for an on-site inspection of FRP modular water tank products.

Accompanied by our sales and technical team, the customer toured the entire production line and closely observed the complete manufacturing workflow of GRP fiberglass water tank panels, covering raw material selection, SMC sheet feeding, compression molding, high-temperature curing, trimming and finished product quality testing. Our engineers gave detailed introductions regarding material formulation, production parameters, strength standards and our full-process quality control system.

Apart from tank panels, the client also carefully examined the full set of supporting accessories for FRP panel water tanks, verifying the material, dimension and technical specifications of sealing gaskets, galvanized bolts, flanges, manholes and other components. The customer raised technical questions on product performance, anti-corrosion capability and installation requirements, which our team responded to thoroughly.
