We are pleased to announce the successful full installation of our hot-dip galvanized (HDG) steel water tank for a client project in Uganda. The customized tank, sized 4.88m × 3.66m × 2.44m, has been stably mounted on a 6-meter-high steel frame, marking a smooth handover of this elevated water storage solution.
Different from conventional ground installation, this project adopts an elevated mounting design to meet the client’s on-site water supply and drainage layout requirements. The 6m high-frame installation raises strict standards for the tank’s structural stability, wind resistance and overall durability. With mature HDG technology and reinforced modular structure, our water tank perfectly adapts to the special outdoor elevated working condition, passing on-site inspection and gaining positive feedback from the local client.
Hot-dip galvanized water tanks stand out in overseas infrastructure projects with outstanding practical performance. The professional hot-dip galvanized coating provides excellent anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance, effectively resisting humid climate and outdoor weather erosion in Uganda. It prevents water contamination and scale formation, ensuring long-term clean water quality and stable operation.
In addition, the high-strength steel plate structure delivers super load-bearing capacity and structural stability. It can withstand outdoor wind pressure and environmental impact under long-term elevated installation, with no deformation or leakage risks. The bolted modular assembly enables fast and convenient on-site installation, greatly shortening the project construction period. Meanwhile, the product features long service life and low maintenance cost, offering high cost performance for residential, industrial and fire water storage scenarios.
