1.Materials and processes 

Substrate selection 

The hot-dip galvanized water tank adopts high-quality Q235 steel plate as the substrate, and forms standard modules such as 1000 × 1000, 1000 × 500, 500 × 500 through stamping process, and reserves bolt holes around it. 

Galvanizing process 

The steel plate undergoes hot-dip galvanizing treatment, forming a dense zinc layer on the surface. The interface between zinc and the steel plate forms a stable bonding layer through ion diffusion, significantly improving the adhesion strength and corrosion resistance. Assembly method 

The standard modules are clamped with non-toxic silicone or rubber gaskets, bolted together for fixation, without the need for welding equipment, and can be installed flexibly without being limited by the progress of civil construction.

The zinc layer effectively isolates direct contact between water, air, and steel plates, resists acid and alkali corrosion, and has a long service life. Structural performance
