Recently, the 7.32x6.1x3.66m galvanized steel water tank is being installed in Uganda.

Substrate selection

The hot-dip galvanized water tank adopts high-quality Q235 steel plate as the substrate, and forms standard modules such as 1000 × 1000, 1000 × 500, 500 × 500 through stamping process, and reserves bolt holes around it.

Galvanizing process

The steel plate undergoes hot-dip galvanizing treatment, forming a dense zinc layer on the surface. The interface between zinc and the steel plate forms a stable bonding layer through ion diffusion, significantly improving the adhesion strength and corrosion resistance.

Assembly method

The standard modules are clamped with non-toxic silicone or rubber gaskets, bolted together for fixation, without the need for welding equipment, and can be installed flexibly without being limited by the progress of civil construction.
