SMC water tank can also be called GRP water tank (glass fiber reinforced plastic), is mainly composed by fiberglass

and resin which will directly determine the quality of FRP Water Tank.

SMC water tank includes four parts:
1. Panels ( Bottom panel, side panel, roof panel and manhole); 
2. Internal parts ( Internal ladder, tiepiece rod, support, flanges and rubber strip);
3. External parts ( External ladder, angle iron, tiepiece board, bolts, nuts and washers);
4. U-steel base (surface treatment can be painted or hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel).

For SMC panels, it is made from SMC(Sheet Molding Composite) process by hydraulic hot pressed under temperature(150°C)

and pressure conditions to maintain the best endurance. 

We have 5 size panels: 1*1m, 2*1m, 1.5*1m, 1*0.5m, and 0.5*0.5m.

For accessories, we can offer mulitiple options:

internal parts: stainless steel 304, hot dipped galvanized, 

external parts: stainless steel 304, hot dipped galvanized.

For installation, we can provide installation guide: installation video or installation assistance on site by our engineers.

If parts are damaged within the quality insurance period because of quality fault, we will change the damaged parts free of charge.

For standard water tank less than 100m3, it would be 3-5 days; For non-standard water
tank and customized water tank according to client s specific requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.

4.What is the warranty time for your products?
The warranty time of our products is 24 months, which guarantees a good after-sale service.

5.Do you arrange shipment for water tanks?
Yes, dear esteemed customers, for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. also we do DAP and DDP shipment terms. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
 

6.What's the guarantee, in case the water tank breaks down?

The water tank has two year's guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client's feedback. Parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.
