During the stay in our factory, the client from Ghana also learned how to install a GRP panel water tank. The tank size we installed was 2x2x3m.
The installation process began with a comprehensive briefing by our skilled technicians, who explained the various components of the GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) water tank. The client was eager to understand not only the assembly but also the importance of each part in ensuring the tank's durability and efficiency.
First the bottom panels, sticked together with gaskets and bolts. Then the installation of the side panels.
As the installation progressed, the client actively participated, carefully following the technicians' instructions. He learned how to properly align the side panels with the bottom, ensuring a secure fit that would prevent leaks. The technicians emphasized the significance of using high-quality gaskets, explaining that they played a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the tank under varying pressure conditions. Once the side panels were in place, the team moved on to reinforcing the structure with additional bolts, which provided extra stability and support. The client observed the meticulous attention to detail required at each step, realizing that even minor oversights could compromise the tank's performance.
Our company can also provide on site supervision for the installation of our GRP water tank.
