Recently, the custom‑manufactured hot‑dip galvanized special‑shape sectional water tank produced by Dezhou Success Tanks Co., Ltd. for overseas export has been fully installed, commissioned and officially put into service at the project site in Seychelles.

The coastal island environment features heavy salt spray and high humidity, which impose stringent requirements on the anticorrosion performance of water tanks. All tank panels for this project adopt factory hot‑dip galvanizing process. The steel panels are integrally press‑formed with uniform and compact zinc coating, delivering double‑layer anticorrosion protection. It effectively resists marine salt‑spray corrosion, suitable for long‑term outdoor operation on islands, boasting long service life and low later‑stage maintenance costs.

From precision manufacturing of tank panels in the workshop, ocean‑going transportation to the site, to on‑site bolt assembly of the special‑shape tank body. Modular panels are prefabricated in factory. No on‑site welding is required; assembly is completed with bolts and sealing strips. It meets the special‑size requirements for irregular site conditions with reliable sealing performance and zero risk of water leakage.
