Large‑Panel GRP Water Tank Installed Successfully in Thailand to Ensure Safe Water Supply for Residential Buildings
Recently, an 8×2×2‑meter FRP water supply tank has been successfully installed and commissioned in Thailand. Assembled from large‑size 2×1‑meter molded panels, the modular plastic water tank features a stable structure and efficient construction. It will be mainly used for daily water supply of local residential buildings to guarantee stable water access and safe water quality for residents.
FRP (fiberglass‑reinforced plastic) material boasts advantages including corrosion resistance, light weight, good sealing performance and long service life. Adaptable to the hot and humid climate in Southeast Asia, it effectively reduces later‑stage operation and maintenance costs, offering a reliable solution for overseas livelihood‑oriented water supply projects. The completion of this project further expands the application scenarios of domestic FRP panel water tanks in livelihood infrastructure construction across Southeast Asia.
